1. ABOUT THESE TERMS OF ONLINE ORDER
These terms and conditions set out and will apply when you place an order through AIM WORLD ONLINE SHOP. Please note that the terms and conditions that apply to ordering pre-order products are differ on certain products from the terms and conditions that apply to ordering other products. Such differences will be explained later in these terms. If you are unable to understand, or have any questions about these Terms and conditions please contact the Customer Service of AIM WORLD. Hence, you will be required to confirm that you have read and accept these Terms before you submit an order to AIM WORLD. Please note that these terms are subject to change so review and save or print a copy of the currents terms and conditions prior each order that you submit.
2. ORDER AND ACCEPTANCE
2.1 Each order submitted constitutes an offer to purchase products. Orders are subject to AIM WORLD acceptance and may be refused at AIM WORLD’s discretion, for example in cases where:
- Orders cannot be processed due to an error in information you have provided;
- There is an error on the web shop relating to the products that you have ordered, for example an error relating to the price or description of the product as displayed on the web shop; or
- The products that you have ordered are no longer or not yet available through the ONLINE SHOPS.
2.2 After AIM WORLD receives your order, expect an email confirmation. Otherwise, contact AIM WORLD for assistance.
2.3 You will receive an email when your order is being dispatched confirming that your order has been accepted.
2.4 If you have any questions, comments or concerns regarding AIM WORLD’s order acceptance policy, or if you consider that your order was rejected in error, please contact AIM WORLD Customer Service.
3. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
AIM WORLD has the right, at any time, to make changes to information about products displayed on the web shops, for example information about prices, description or the availability of products and AIM WORLD may do so without first giving you notice of the changes. AIM WORLD will not, however, make any changes to the price, availability or description of any product after an order has been accepted.
4. PRICES AND PAYMENT
4.1 The product price is always the price indicated in the web shop when you place your order. The price is VAT inclusive.
4.2 Payments by credit and debit cards:
If you would like to pay by credit or debit card, AIM WORLD will act solely as the marketer of the respective payment method (example METROBANK VISA & MASTERCARD) and will provide the products to the customer. All complaints and claims for compensation will be handled by the payment method provider. With regard to payments made by credit or debit card, the payment method provider acts as the merchant of the product and the trade transaction takes between the customer and the payment method provider. The payment method provider is also the recipient of the payment.
If the name stated in the billing address is different from the name of the cardholder, or lending of credit cards will be not accepted. AIM Online reserves the right to require proof of identity (a valid government ID, credit card billing statement, copy of the front of the credit card), unless the credit card is 3D Secured. This is for the security of both the credit card holder and the merchant.
4.3 Termination of Contract:
AIM WORLD may terminate or cancel a membership or a contract to shop online &/or supply products made under these terms of sale immediately by written notice to you if the transaction made by you is found fraudulent
5. CUSTOMER SUPPORT

The products will be delivered to your indicated shipping address.
We will use reasonable endeavours to deliver products within 3 to 7 working days of the date of our order confirmation. However, we cannot guarantee delivery by the relevant date. It will depend on the address, city or country you wish to deliver the orders. We do however guarantee that unless there are exceptional circumstances all deliveries of products will be dispatched within 3 weeks after receipt of payment. Please take note that we will only deliver products to the countries shown in the list on the website.
Note: P.O. Boxes are not accepted as shipping address, product will not be shipped out.
7. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY
AIM World shall not be liable for any loss, expense, cost or damage arising out arising directly or indirectly out of or in connection with delay beyond the estimated time or date of delivery, availability of Product/s at any given time, force majeure, and any circumstances beyond AIM World's control, and over which AIM World could not have avoided even with the exercise of reasonable care, or any indirect or unforeseeable loss suffered or incurred by customers or third parties. In any event, AIM World's liability for any given transaction shall not exceed the total price charged for the relevant items.
The AIM WORLD products will be at your risk from the time of delivery. Ownership of the products will only pass to you upon the later of:
(a) Delivery of the products; and
(b) Receipt by us of full payment of all sums due in respect of the products (including delivery charges).
Until ownership of the products has passed to you, you will possess the products as our fiduciary agent and Bailee, you will store the products separately from other goods, will ensure that the products are clearly identifiable as belonging to us, and you will ensure that they are properly stored in a safe, dry and clean environment.
8. REPLACEMENT AND EXCHANGE POLICY
AIM WORLD products may only be exchanged to us with prior agreement of both parties, at your expense, and according to our directions. Any AIM WORLD products for replacement in contravention of this Section will not be the subject of any and you will continue to be liable for payment of the price of such products.
The Distributor must request in writing or send an email within 7 days upon receipt of the product, attach the proof of purchase from AIM WORLD.
Replacements CANNOT be accepted due to:
- Change of mind
- If not reported within 7 days upon receipt of the product.
- Replace with another item or the same item with different description.
- Defect due to customers misuse, wilful damage, unauthorized repair or tampering.
9. REFUND POLICY
For credit card payments online only
- If customer was charged more the number of transactions created
- Was charged as suggested retail price instead of distributor's price
10. YOUR WARRANTIES
You warrant to us that:
(a) you are legally capable of entering into AIM WORLD ONLINE SHOP contracts, and you have full authority, power and capacity to agree to these terms of sale;
(b) the information provided in your order is accurate and complete; and
(c) you will be able to accept delivery of the products.
